About the GRADE Alliance

The Global Regulated Asset & Digital Exchange Alliance (GRADE) is an invite-only coalition of regulated trading venues, custodians, and market participants working to simplify cross‑border listings for tokenized financial instruments. GRADE coordinates a single issuer intake, generates venue‑specific eligibility outcomes, and distributes continuous, event‑driven updates – improving comparability and speed while preserving venue autonomy. Our purpose is practical: lower friction, faster time‑to‑listing, better market quality, and a common information baseline that adapts as regulations evolve.

How the Alliance Creates Value

By unifying issuer intake and synchronizing eligibility signals, the Alliance shortens time‑to‑listing, enhances comparability, and supports better liquidity for cross‑listed assets.

Single Intake. Venue‑Specific Outcomes

Issuers submit once to Particula. Venues receive eligibility profiles mapped to their policies – with documented conditions and evidence – reducing back‑and‑forth and time‑to‑listing.

Regulated Rails and Liquidity Support

Hydra X provides licensed custody, DvP settlement, and node operations; a neutral liquidity program can support newly cross‑listed assets to improve price discovery and depth.

Continuous, Event‑Driven Updates

Material changes, disclosures, governance, proof‑of‑reserves, liquidity are published as lightweight attestations. Venues stay synchronized without re‑opening full reviews.

Still Have Questions?

We’re here to guide you through membership, governance, and engagement at GRADE.

Who can join GRADE?

Participation is by invitation for regulated trading venues, licensed custodians, and aligned market participants (issuers, liquidity providers) committed to the GRADE baseline and obligations.

Does GRADE change or override local rules?

No. GRADE standardizes the information required for venue decisions. Each venue retains full policy control and the final say on listings.

How does the single intake work?

Issuers provide one standardized package to Particula. From that submission, venue‑specific eligibility profiles (and conditions) are generated and delivered to relevant venues.

What’s “continuous eligibility”?

Event‑driven updates - on‑chain or via API - signal material changes. Venues subscribe to these signals and apply thresholds without re‑running full reviews.

Is there a cost to join?

Venues participate via membership. Issuer eligibility assessments are fee‑based, with optional continuous monitoring and liquidity support services.
